Aldo Rossi’s famous long repetitive block, part of the somewhat less famous masterplan by Carlo Aymonino, in the lower right corner.

An eye opener to me. It looked so heroic in the ground-level photographs. But seen in the context: horrible MEH. No relation to anything at all. Architecture of the city, my ass.
